Next up to be presented is bassist and violone player Maria Vahervuo. In addition to playing bass sounds, Maria is especially skilled at making fire and cooking something delicious out of what she finds in the backpack. If the meaning of art is to touch and refresh the soul and to increase human understanding and good spirits, then bringing the artists out of the concert halls gives both the new listeners and the artists some interesting experiences. The Finnish Baroque Orchestra's violist Laura Kajander writes about her experiences as a neighbourhood violist on the blog.

Cellist Jussi Seppänen, who was strongly exposed to classical music already in his childhood home, also has a gift for words. 

FiBOs Artistic Director and harpsichordist Petteri Pitko is quite a language genius besides his musical talent! 

When flutist Petra Aminoff is not practising, performing or teaching, she can probably be found in the forest. By the way, Petra has played in the orchestra ever since it was started, 30 years!

The interest for music, awakened by his brother, made Miska Miettunen a French horn player, who also knows the natural horn and Baroque horn that are necessary in early music.
